28 Day Flexibility Challenge

August is the month of challenges, apparently, haha.
I've got a lot of things I want to improve on heading into this next year, and hopefully by sharing my progress and findings with you all it'll take away some of the questions you might have about your own health explorations or just help you skip my issues altogether ; )
Every day from today until August 29th I will be putting special care and thought into my stretching routine. I'll be doing >15-20 minutes of stretching along with daily foam rolling targeted to wherever I'm feeling I need it the most. The goal is to not only increase my flexibility, but to ingrain the habit of daily stretching into my body. I only started regularly stretching about 2 years ago, and I'm probably the most inflexible pre-professional ballet dancer on the planet XD Especially since quarantine started, it's been harder for me to mentally get the energy to put the needed effort into taking care of myself.
To sum up, by August 29th I want to...
Be in the habit of daily stretching
Increase my flexibility overall
Learn how to listen to my body and adapt my efforts to give myself the self-care I need/deserve (Ballet is hard, guys!)

***NEVER STRETCH WITHOUT A WARM UP!!! And avoid doing full splits *before* class, you prevent the muscle from being able to stretch full for a few hours after splits***
