Chloe Ting 2 Week Ab Challenge!!!

As a dancer, it's important to strengthen your body outside of class, so you can keep yourself in shape as well as improving overall strength and stamina. Since it's summer break (as well as year 1378 of quarantine), I'm ramping up the workouts to get back in shape for classes in September.
So for the first 2 weeks of August, I'll be doing the 2 week Ab Challenge video from Chloe Ting! I'll be doing the workout everyday through August 14th, and at the end I'm going to be uploading a video about the experience to my YouTube channel.
***Because of my other cross-training plans, I'm only doing the Ab Challenge, not the full 2 Week Shred***
