Hope the weather is getting nicer where you are like it is here :)
Once major sign of depression is not going outside and staying in your room. Getting sun is not only important to your health but can improve your mood! It's good for you and helps you feel better, not to mention it's important to take a second to breathe every now and again.
If you get some time on a calmer day this week, spend a few minutes in the outdoors: read a book, take a walk, just stand in the sun, whatever you want as long as you take the time to get out of your room and out of your head <333
